VTKS Black Label by Douglas Vitkauskas is a free blackletter display font with an unruly, hand-cut silhouette. Its tall capitals combine broad blunt strokes with needle-like points, curled hooks, and uneven ornamental bumps, giving the lettering a dark fantasy edge rather than a formal calligraphic finish.

Music posters and apparel gain a raw, aggressive stamp from these spiked forms, yet the same medieval strangeness also suits horror game titles and tattoo shop branding. In those settings, the letters can become part of an illustrated crest or warning sign, with their hooks reading as thorns, flames, or weathered carved metal shapes.
