Thoroughbred الخط

Thoroughbred, designed by Andrew McCluskey of Chequered Ink, is a free monoline handwritten font with an open, unpolished manner. Slim strokes bend through rounded letters, with small shifts in width and alignment that keep the writing handmade. The forms look airy and lightly drawn.

Loose line drawings share its simple pen-made quality. That link suits children's book covers, craft packaging, and friendly event posters that combine lettering with playful illustration. Magazine section openers can use its uneven contours as a personal note within an editorial page.
