SM Euphorism by Dan Meyer of smashmethod is a free distressed brush display font with jagged, ink-heavy strokes and a restless handwritten shape. Small leaflike offshoots give the rough marks an organic edge.

Festival posters are its strongest setting, especially for alternative music, experimental theater, or offbeat arts events. It can also shape band merchandise and packaging for products built around a raw, handmade image. In editorial design, the thorny details can link a magazine opener to botanical or dark fantasy illustration.
