Rough Typewriter Italic by Jason Arthur is a free eroded old-school typewriter font with broad letters, blunt slab serifs, and an uneven printed edge. Patchy ink marks make it look well used.

On crime-fiction book covers, its battered print suggests case files and carbon copies, but the same texture also suits garage-band posters, vintage packaging, and event flyers. For product branding, the irregular impressions can make a name feel stamped directly onto a label rather than added as clean modern type.

Free Typewriter font with four versions: regular, italic, bold, and bold italic. It includes automatic ligatures for pairs of double letters, such as aa, bb, cc, and ee.
