Gobold Thin, designed by Situjuh Nazara in 2013, is a free condensed sans serif with a tall, forceful profile. The visible capitals are extremely narrow, with long straight strokes and tightly drawn curves that produce a firm, even texture across words. Angular joins give the design a crisp, engineered edge.
As display lettering, it can create a lean, authoritative voice for sports posters, music packaging, event signage, and magazine covers. Its compressed silhouette is also well suited to apparel labels and urban branding, where the lettering can become a vertical emblem or a compact wordmark rather than ordinary supporting type.

GOBOLD Font Update 2 adds four styles to the family: Extra2 Regular, Extra2 Italic, CUTS Regular, and CUTS Italic. It also fixes some characters.
