Chapleau Bold الخط

Chapleau Bold by Neale Davidson is a free retro display font with a strong Art Deco streak. Its towering capitals mix broad circular curves with razor-sharp triangles and narrow vertical strokes. The uneven widths and tightly fitted forms create a lively, poster-cut silhouette.

Festival posters are its strongest setting. The theatrical geometry also suits music packaging, fashion branding, and restaurant signage, especially when the lettering can act as part of the decorative artwork rather than ordinary titling.

Version 1.5 switches to OTF format, adds oe and per-thousand glyphs, and includes spacing cleanup.
