BUB is a free hand-drawn comic display font. Its letters swell into rounded, almost solid silhouettes, with uneven edges, sharp little notches, and occasional pointed strokes that keep the forms deliberately unruly.

The inflated forms can double as cartoon scenery or creature-like shapes in children's illustration, giving picture-book covers and game graphics a playful graphic device. That same lumpy construction suits candy packaging and novelty merchandise, where lettering can become part of the product artwork rather than a neutral caption. Its clearest audience is young children and fans of oddball, handmade cartoon design.
