Basil Gothic NBP, credited to Nate Halley, is a free techno display font with tall, narrow capitals and a stripped-down geometric build. Angular bends, octagonal curves, and abrupt cut-ins give the lettering the look of engineered signage rather than conventional gothic type.

Technology and science-fiction themes are the clearest match, especially for game interfaces and film title cards. Its lean silhouettes also suit electronic music artwork. For printed promotional posters and technology event branding, the severe angles can turn a name or slogan into something resembling a custom control-panel label.
