Barb Twisted Blocks by Gab is a free comic display font with outlined, three-dimensional lettering. Its uneven capitals feature sharp corners, crooked joins, and exaggerated cutout shapes. Diagonal hatching gives the shadowed sides a rough inked texture.

It can turn a title into a hand-drawn comic masthead. The jagged forms suit action posters, game graphics, and skateboard merchandise with scratchy illustration. Its unruly shapes speak directly to younger audiences and underground comic culture.

Barbera Twisted includes three styles:

- Outlines
- Blacks
- 3D characters

The font uses all caps. The lowercase characters are alternate versions of the uppercase letters, which can be mixed, particularly for double letters. Kerning must be adjusted manually.

The 3D variants have two directions, depending on whether uppercase or lowercase characters are used.
