Lower WestSide by David Rakowski of ALLTYPE is a free brush display font with thick, splintered strokes and an unruly street-lettering silhouette. Sharp cuts, uneven edges, and abrupt changes in width make the letters look hand-painted and roughly torn.
It is strongest on music posters, where its shapes suit punk and underground club artwork. The same jagged lettering can give skate merchandise a scratched, improvised edge. It also fits game graphics and event flyers with graffiti or urban decay.
